With over 10 years of experience in financial markets — banking, financial analysis, risk and capital structuring — I understood something fundamental early on: investors don't lose money from lack of capital. They lose from lack of strategy, structured information and execution.

In 2022, my first investment wasn't in a property. It was in knowledge. I studied deeply, sought mentors, attended events and built the analytical foundations before executing. That decision defined everything that followed.

Since then I have executed and participated in property operations in Portugal, conducted strategic market prospection in Cape Verde and Dubai, and built a framework for investment that treats property not as speculation — but as applied financial engineering.
